End User License Agreement

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for its intended personal or business purpose.

We retain account, request, payment and audit records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required to comply with law, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Uploaded documents are retained for the period necessary to deliver and support your request, after which they may be deleted per schedule.

Consumer disputes should be raised via support within a reasonable period. We will facilitate communication with the relevant Provider. As a facilitator, the Platform is not the service provider and is not liable for service outcomes, but will act in good faith to assist resolution.
