Marketplace Agreement
Last updated: 01 Jun 2026
This agreement governs the marketplace relationship between customers, Providers and the Platform.
1. Role of the Platform
DTP Guru (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”) is a technology marketplace and facilitator that connects customers with independent, verified third-party document service providers (“Providers”). The Platform does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, notarization, registration, drafting or any professional services. All such services are rendered solely by independent Providers who are exclusively responsible for them.
The Platform facilitates discovery, workflow, communication and payment recording. It is not a party to the service contract between a customer and a Provider.
2. The Service Contract
When a Provider accepts a request, a direct service contract is formed between the customer and that Provider. The Provider is solely responsible for delivering the service.
3. Bypass Prevention
Provider personal contact details are withheld until physically necessary and after draft approval. Customers and Providers agree not to circumvent the Platform to avoid applicable charges.
4. Disputes
Disputes between customers and Providers should first be raised via the Platform's dispute mechanism. The Platform may mediate but is not obligated to resolve service-quality disputes and bears no liability for them.
