  • Identity & contact: name, mobile number, email
  • Request data: service details, questionnaire answers, uploaded documents
  • Provider KYC: PAN, Aadhaar, business details, work samples (Providers only)
  • Payment records: UTR, transaction references, screenshots
  • Technical: IP address, device/browser information, audit logs
  • 2. How We Use Data

    To operate the marketplace: route requests to Providers, enable communication, record payments, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

    We do not sell your personal data.

    3. Sharing

    Request details necessary to fulfil your document are shared with the assigned Provider. Provider contact details are shared with you only when physically required (collection, notary, registration or delivery) and after approval.

    4. Security

    We apply role-based access control, encrypted transport, secure uploads, input validation and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; you share information at your own risk.

    5. Retention

    We retain data per our Data Retention Policy and applicable law. See the Data Retention section below.

    6. Your Rights

    You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting support, subject to legal retention obligations.
