DTP Guru (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”) is a technology marketplace and facilitator that connects customers with independent, verified third-party document service providers (“Providers”). The Platform does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, notarization, registration, drafting or any professional services. All such services are rendered solely by independent Providers who are exclusively responsible for them.
1. Nature of the Platform
DTP Guru (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”) is a technology marketplace and facilitator that connects customers with independent, verified third-party document service providers (“Providers”). The Platform does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, notarization, registration, drafting or any professional services. All such services are rendered solely by independent Providers who are exclusively responsible for them.
By using the Platform you acknowledge that we act only as an intermediary facilitating discovery, communication, workflow and payment recording between customers and Providers.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account.
Authentication is via mobile OTP. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your registered mobile number.
3. Requests, Drafts & Approval
You submit a request, pay a platform advance, and a Provider is assigned. The Provider prepares a draft and shares a proof for your review. You may request corrections before approving.
Final delivery occurs only after your approval and settlement of the balance amount.
4. Payments
An advance of ₹50–₹100 (configurable per service) is payable to confirm a request. The balance is payable after you approve the proof.
In the current version, payments are made via UPI and you must submit the UTR/transaction reference and a payment screenshot. The Provider/Platform confirms receipt. Always verify the Provider's name, city, mobile, service, quoted amount and work status before paying.
5. Provider Responsibility
Providers are independent entities, not employees or agents of the Platform. The Platform does not guarantee, warrant or assume responsibility for the quality, legality, accuracy or fitness of any document or service delivered by a Provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the platform advance paid for the relevant request. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of the applicable jurisdiction in India.
