Provider Agreement

Terms for independent document service providers using the Platform.

1. Independent Status

Providers are independent contractors, not employees, partners or agents of the Platform. Providers are responsible for their own taxes, licenses, and legal compliance.

2. Verification (KYC)

Providers must complete KYC (name, mobile, email, PAN, Aadhaar, business name, service area, experience, photo, work samples). The Platform may approve, reject, suspend or revoke verification at its discretion.

3. Service Standards

Accept only leads you can fulfil

Communicate promptly via the Platform

Deliver accurate work and honour approved quotes

Maintain client confidentiality

4. Payments & Collection

The customer pays a platform advance. Providers configure their own UPI/QR/bank details for collecting balances. Providers must confirm receipt of payments accurately and must not solicit off-platform payments to bypass the marketplace.

5. Liability

Providers are solely liable for the documents and services they deliver and shall indemnify the Platform against claims arising from their services.
